You own the content you create in Carry. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (store it, process it with our AI providers to generate your responses, and display it back to you).
Carry is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the [12] months before the claim.
